A compulsory Scientific Preparatory Program will be provided to students from different disciplines. The Scientific Preparatory Program will consist of courses from the Biomedical Engineering undergraduate program which will be determined by a commission to be established in the department and the content will be determined each semester according to the students’ undergraduate studies. These courses will be selected based on following considerations:

Group I: For students with engineering background, the courses they completed during their undergraduate program will be evaluated and basic and vocational life sciences courses (physiology, biology etc.) will be included.

Group II: For students with basic sciences background, the courses they completed during their undergraduate program will be evaluated and basic and vocational engineering courses (mathematics, electronics etc.) will be included.

Group III: For students with health sciences background, the courses they completed during their undergraduate program will be evaluated and basic and vocational engineering courses (mathematics, electronics etc.) will be included.
